1. Nature of Advisory Services

Bloomer House operates as a specialized European research, innovation, and leadership advisory. Our services include consortium coaching, Horizon Europe grant proposal drafting assistance, leadership audits, and institutional future skills training.

Outcome Disclaimer: While we apply highest-standard scientific rigour and expert evaluations, the final funding approval for research grants remains under the exclusive control of public commission bodies (such as the European Commission). We do not guarantee grant acquisition or specific scoring outcomes.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We understand the delicate nature of research abstracts and pre-published intellectual assets. We commit to keeping all client data, proposal outlines, and financial strategies strictly confidential. Separate, comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed prior to sharing any proprietary scientific data.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, templates, frameworks, and graphics created by Bloomer House in the course of providing services remain the intellectual property of Bloomer House, unless explicitly transferred under a custom bilateral contract. Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these materials within their designated institution.

4. Acceptable Use of Website

When interacting with our forms and service blueprints, users agree:

• Not to submit false information, spam queries, or automated scraping scripts.
• Not to attempt security penetration testing on our servers or forms.
• Not to distribute or copy website layouts, content, or the Bloomer House trademark logo without our written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloomer House and its principal partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of academic credits, failure of research funding bids, or operational disruptions) arising from the use of our website or consultation blueprints. Our maximum liability is capped at the total amount paid by the client under the specific service agreement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with any external consulting agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions relating to these terms or services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.
